Dion DeLoof, Board Member Dion DeLoof co-founded Anteo Group in August of 2002. In 2008, Dion stepped back from day-to-day responsibilities at Anteo Group. Dion serves on the boards of Anteo Group LLC, Anteo Group UK Ltd. and Cre8Stat LLC. Prior to Anteo Group, Dion completed 10 years with Allegis Group Inc. His tenure with Allegis Group included a six-year term in Europe where he led Allegis’ first integration of an acquisition, as Director of European Operations for Andlock, The Hague, Netherlands; as well as roles including European Division Director, Engineering Services, Allegis Group, London, England and Director of U.K. Operations, IT Services, Allegis Group, London, England.

James Yeagle, Board Member James Yeagle co-founded Anteo Group in August of 2002. In 2010, James stepped back from day-to-day responsibilities at Anteo Group. James serves on the boards of Anteo Group LLC, Anteo Group UK and Cre8Stat LLC. Prior to Anteo Group, James completed 11 years with Allegis Group Inc. His tenure with Allegis Group included a five-year term in Europe as the Director of Regional Operations, London, England. His last U.S. position was as Director of Regional Operations, Southwest, Allegis Group Inc., handling operations in seven states and $100 million in sales.

Brian Healy, Board Member Brian Healy founded Broadbay Networks in July 1998 and served as President/CEO until its acquisition by Harvey Nash Group, plc in August 2001. Broadbay Networks provided consultants, staff augmentation and outsourced services to telcos nationwide, including many Fortune 500 companies. Broadbay achieved over $36 million in sales in its second full year of operations, making it one of the 100 largest private companies in the Bay Area in 2000. In 2001, Brian became Managing Director of Harvey Nash USA and President/CEO of Techpartners International, an IT staffing and consulting business based in San Francisco and Denver. Techpartners International was acquired by Harvey Nash in 2000. During his tenure Brian successfully identified, negotiated and integrated multiple acquisitions and restored Harvey Nash’s U.S. operations to profitability, despite market difficulties created by the U.S. economic slowdown. Brian went on to found Fastnet Rock Capital, LLC and has worked as an M&A and transactional consultant to specialty staffing and consulting companies. In March 2005, Brian founded Validant Consulting, a medical device consulting firm specializing in quality assurance and regulatory affairs. In its first full year of operations, Validant Consulting achieved sales in excess of $12 million.
