Throughout the duration of your project, we regularly visit and call to make sure you are pleased with the client environment. Always available by phone or email, our consultants have come to expect the accessibility of our team of Recruiters, Account Managers and Payroll Managers. Payroll Process:
We genuinely understand the importance of a reliable, efficient payroll process to our consultants. We hear story after story from the consultant community on how recruiting companies miss the mark in this area. Fast, efficient, worry-free pay process is paramount. That's why our consultants are paid every two weeks, even before we are paid by the client! Anteo Group hand delivers checks only three days after hours are reported. We also allow for direct deposit and company-to-company payments.
Referral Fee:
Anteo Group awards consultants with $600 for two types of referrals -- new business and new consultant(s). If you introduce Anteo Group to a company or manager from which we secure business, or if you refer a candidate to Anteo Group and the candidate is hired, then we are more than happy to award you with $600. The referral fee is our way of saying thanks for keeping Anteo Group top of mind!
What do I like best about Anteo? Many things: In the past 4 years never ever was my paycheck was delayed. Many consulting companies have this so called "net-15" or worse "net-30" rules where you don’t get paid for15-30 days after you turn in your time sheet. Most of these companies will tell you they need this "buffer" time to collect the money from the client. Makes you wonder about their balance sheet... kind of scary. You don't have to deal with these made-up "rules" at Anteo. Every time I needed something they resolved the issue within the same day, whether it is as simple as last year’s 1099 or extending my contract. If you start working for Anteo you will not go anywhere else, trust me.
