ANTEO GROUP EXPANDS GROWING ERP PRACTICE

ATLANTA, DALLAS, LONDON (August 14, 2007) - Anteo Group, an award-winning Enterprise Java Solutions and ERP Consulting Company, today announced the additions of both Elisha Young and Ethan Meadows to its rapidly-expanding ERP Team. Young joins Anteo Group as Strategic HCM Project Manager while Meadows has been appointed as Technical Practice Leader.

Young is responsible for HCM Project Delivery for Strategic Accounts while Meadows will be responsible for expanding Anteo's technical service offerings for the Oracle Enterprise (PeopleSoft) applications. "We have seen tremendous growth in client demand for both Strategic Human Capital Management applications such as Talent Acquisition Management and Performance Management as well as for technology services such as Employee Portals and Integration Technologies. The addition of senior professionals such as Elisha and Ethan will support our continued growth and outstanding service delivery model," said Rob Prinzo, Vice President of Consulting.

Young brings fourteen years of large-scale HCM implementation experience spanning several business sectors, including projects with the Department of Defense and the City of New York. Elisha brings to Anteo a unique ability to develop staff, unify groups to support team efforts, provide technical direction, coordinate disparate projects and perform in a dynamic changing environment. Meadows brings over ten years of experience with large-scale ERP implementation with state governments, major universities and Fortune 500 / FTSE 100 companies. From his experiences implementing Employee Portals and Integration Technologies in several large, complex environments, Ethan brings to Anteo a deep technical knowledge with the ability to simplify technology and provide knowledge transfer.
