Anteo Group has a recruiting or consulting solution for your technology needs, but what about our method of delivery? Part of who we are is our excellence in carrying out the recruiting process with great detail and efficiency. Our delivery process includes a detailed, technical requirements definition, in depth interviews and references, only one or two highly qualified candidates that evolve into one perfect hire. Every time.

 

Stage 1: Requirements Definition

Our experienced Account Managers are focused on our four solution areas. By being diligent students of their field, they are able to act as Business Analysts and take detailed requirements that capture a thorough understanding of the position, project, technology, company and culture.

 

Stage 2: Evaluation

The recruiting process does not begin once we hear it is time to expand your team; it began long before that. Our recruiters are trained in their particular technology solution group and are focused on building relationships with the top technical talent in Java Systems, ERP, Infrastructure and BI. We have met our candidates and in most cases, have known them for years. After capturing a comprehensive requirement, our candidates go through a stringent Quality Assurance process tailored to the particular requirement we feel matches their expertise. This includes technical references, additional face to face interviews, technical tests and gathering of past work samples.

 

Stage 3: Delivery

For each position, we present only one to two well-qualified candidates. Many recruiting companies rush through this process, overlooking the finer details of securing a candidate. Anteo group candidates are committed to the opportunity they have chosen to pursue or they are absolutely never presented to our customers. Each candidate submittal includes, at a minimum, position specific details on technical strengths, business domain knowledge, personality traits and logistics. Our process saves clients time and money by reducing their workload and presenting a highly matched and motivated candidate.

 

Stage 4: Support

For Anteo Group, the resourcing process does not end once the consultant begins work. Each Account Manager and Recruiter stays involved with the client and consultant for the duration of the project to ensure the engagement progresses efficiently and effectively. They are very proactive and are available to handle the lines of communication, project transition and any questions or concerns that may arise.
