Payroll Process:
Anteo Group realizes the impact a reliable, efficient payroll process has on consultants. That's why Anteo Group consultants are paid every two weeks, even before we are paid by the client! Anteo Group hand-delivers checks only three days after hours are reported. We also allow for direct deposit and company-to-company payments to make our process as convenient for our consultants as possible.

Referral Fee:
Anteo Group awards consultants with $650 for two types of referrals- new business and new consultant(s). If you introduce Anteo Group to a company or manager from which we secure business, or if you refer a candidate to Anteo Group and the candidate is hired, then we are more than happy to award you with $650. The referral fee is our way of saying thanks for providing us with new business and quality candidates for our clients!

Support:
For Anteo Group, the staffing process does not end once the consultant begins work. Throughout the duration of the project, we regularly check in to find out how the project is evolving. Our staff is never more than a phone call or email away to assist with any questions or concerns.

Training:
Anteo Group partners with Learning Tree International to provide consultants with hands-on technology training. Learning Tree International offers more than 140 IT courses in topics such as Java, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services and much more.
