Our Staffing Delivery Model

Stage 1: Requirements Definition
Our experienced Account Managers approach each engagement like a Business Analyst and take detailed requirements that capture a thorough understanding of the position, project, technology, company and culture.
Stage 2: QA/QC/Evaluation
After capturing a comprehensive requirement, we then put our potential candidates through a stringent Quality Assurance process. Our QA process includes screening for a technical fit by:
- Conducting technical interviews and tests
- Taking detailed technical references from previous employers
- Gathering code samples when necessary
We also understand the importance of soft skills when finding the right candidate. To ensure a great personal fit our QA process also includes:
- In-person interviews
- Personality and/or essay tests when necessary
Stage 3: Delivery
For each position, we present only 1-2 well qualified candidates. Each candidate submittal includes position specific details on technical strengths, business domain knowledge, personality traits, and logistics.
Stage 4: Support
Client Support: For Anteo Group, the staffing process does not end once the consultant begins work. Each Account Manager stays involved with the client for the duration of the project to ensure the engagement progresses efficiently and effectively. They are available to handle the lines of communication, project transition and any questions or concerns that may arise.
Return on Investment (ROI)
Our process saves clients time and money by reducing their workload and presenting a higher quality product. Clients will be presented with 1-2 resumes compared to 10+ and 1-2 interviews compared to 5 or more. There will be no surprise personal issues and each placement is guaranteed for the first week.
