Anteo Group Acquires Future State Consulting
ATLANTA (October 24, 2005) - Anteo Group, an award-winning Technology Staffing and Consulting Company, announces it has acquired the assets of Future State Consulting, an ERP consulting partner to state and local governments and not-for-profit organizations, located in Alpharetta, GA. The acquisition of Future State Consulting expands Anteo Group's Consulting Practice as well as clientele. Following the acquisition, Anteo Group will launch a re-branding campaign in December 2005.
Rob Prinzo, Future State Consulting Founder and CEO, will join the Anteo Group management team as Vice President of Consulting, and will manage Anteo Group's Consulting Practice.
