Mike Smith, Managing Director
Mike Smith is responsible for Anteo Group UK, which comprises Sales Operations, Strategic Planning as well as all UK financial activities. Prior to Anteo Group UK, Smith was the Divisional Manager for Robert Half Technology, handling operations across the UK. Previously, Smith spent 6 years with a leading global staffing company, and was instrumental in building IT staffing operations in the UK.

Smith earned a Bachelors degree in History from The University of Liverpool.

Vincent Mayers, Chief Technology Officer
Vincent Mayers is responsible for the development, best practices and technology direction of Anteo Group UK's Enterprise Java consulting initiatives. Prior to Anteo Group UK, Mayers was the Director of Business Development for E-People UK Ltd. A London based full service software consultancy. Previously, Mayers spent 6 years with a leading European staffing company in Holland, Belgium and the UK, leading their Financial Services practice.

Mayers earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of the West Midlands in Birmingham.

Dion DeLoof, President USA
Dion DeLoof co-founded Anteo Group and is responsible for long-term strategic planning and financial activities. Prior to Anteo Group, DeLoof completed a 6 year term in Europe. Several of the positions he held in Europe included: Director of European Operations for Andlock, The Hague, Netherlands; European Division Director, Engineering Services, Allegis Group, London, England; Director of U.K. Operations, IT Services, Allegis Group, London, England.

DeLoof earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hope College in Michigan.

James Yeagle, Vice President of Sales Operations USA
James Yeagle co-founded Anteo Group and is responsible for Sales Operations and Strategic Accounts. Prior to Anteo Group, Yeagle was the Director of Regional Operations, Southwest, Allegis Group Inc., handling operations in 7 states and $100 million in sales. Previously, Yeagle spent 5 years as the Director of Regional Operations, Europe, Maxim Group Europe Ltd., London, England.

Yeagle earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from East Carolina University.

Rob Prinzo, Vice President of Consulting USA
Rob Prinzo is responsible for the Consulting Practice. Prior to Anteo Group, Prinzo founded Future State Consulting, a consulting partner to state and local governments and not-for-profit organisations. Previously, Prinzo held technology leadership positions at the Georgia Technology Authority and Cedar (formerly The Hunter Group), and was a consultant with Dun & Bradstreet Software.

Prinzo earned Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees from Clemson University.
